11. Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered the dispatch process.

If an order has not yet entered processing or dispatch, we may be able to cancel it.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
